Product Details
The product is made from high-quality Cherry Valley ducks, using advanced technologies and processes to rigorously control issues such as feather contamination, blood clots, and skin damage. Excess blood and impurities are thoroughly removed. It’s marinated with natural spices and over ten kinds of Chinese herbs, then undergoes a series of steps including scalding the skin, coating with sugar, shaping, air-drying, and finally quick-freezing after packaging. When roasted, the meat becomes firm yet tender, juicy, and flavorful—perfect for a variety of cooking methods.
Serving method
Set the oven temperature to 200℃–220℃ and bake for approximately 60 minutes.

How many production lines do you have?
We have 35 production line for decking . 22 for interior products. Our company is equipped with two tunnel ovens, one oven line, two frying lines, and two seasoning/processing lines.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Normally3-5 days, depends on the quantity and item.
